Documents required for Project Financing
1.Details about the experience and background of the promoters as per prescribed Performa along with supporting documents i, e, qualification and experience certificate if any. 2. Details of net worth in prescribed Performa along with supporting documents. The revised Performa are to be submitted if sources have been revised. 3. Details of Immovable properties of each promoters in prescribed Performa along with photocopies of documents on the basis of which ownership is claimed. 4. Affidavit on non judicial stamp paper of Rest.10/- as per prescribed Performa along with Annexure’ A’ regarding availment/non availment of financial assistance if any. The affidavit along with annexure ‘A’ should be duly attested by notary public. 5. Income tax/wealth tax basement order/ tax clearance certificate in respect of promoters for last 3 years. 6. Details of technical expertise which will be available to the concern. 7. Passport size photographs of promoters duly attested by Gazetted officer/notary public. 8. Copy of ration card/voter ID/PAN card/driving license of each promoters. 9. Copy of partnership/ supplementary partnership deed as per prescribed Performa. 10. Copy of firm registration certificate along with form No. 67 11. Articles and Memorandum of Association of the Company. 12. Form No.32 for Induction of new director/retirement of director with ROC fee receipt. 13. List of unit manufacturing similar products in your area. 14. Name and office addresses of either two Gazetted officer or RFC assisted good borrower for credit report. 15. Name and address of the bank proposed for working capital facilities and stage of negotiation with the said bank. 16. Documents regarding land:- a) For lease hold land : Allotment letter/ Lease deed. b)For converted land: sale deed,Muttation entry in revenue record,convertion order. c)Free hold land: Patta/ sale deed with title of all chain documents for last 30 years. d) Documentary proof regarding DLC rate and market rate of land in question. e) Site plan of land. f) Rent deed for rented premises as per prescribed Performa. 17. Details of Infrasture & transport facilities available at site. 18. for existing concerns:- a)Balance sheet and profit loss accounts for last three years. Duly audited/ certified by Charted Accountant b)Provisional balance sheet and profit loss account for recent period in case balance sheet is more then 6 months old. c)Statement of production and sales (both in quantity & value) for last 3 years. d) Statement of production and sales during current year. e) Name and address of bankers of existing concerns along with account number f) NOC from PF authorities/Certificate from CA that there is no amount pending which is to be deducted with PF authority 19.Brief note on history and background of sister concerns if any, in which the promoters are interested, the details should include a) Name and address of the concern. b) Name and address of the bankers of sister concern. c) Copies of audited balance sheet and profit loss accounts for last 3 years d) Provisional balance sheet and profit loss accounts for recent period if B/S is more then 6 months old. e) Analysis of working result of sister concern in prescribed Performa. 20. for building:- a) Detailed specification of building to be constructed. b) Approved building map from RIICO/ Competent authority(if plot area>40000sq.mt.) c) Plant layout justifying building requirements. 21 For Plant & Machinery a) Original quotation of complete P&M from three different reputed suppliers with following details Complete technical section which play major role in deciding cost of machine, Capacity of each machine, power requirement of each machine, Validity of quotation, Delivery period, Mode of supply, Nature of advance and TIN of supplier b) Catalogue & Price list of P&M from original manufacturer. c) Dealership certificate in case the supplier is authorized dealer of original manufacturer. d) Complete name and addresses of units to whom the proposed supplier has already supplied similar P&M in past. e) Performance certificate of similar P&M supplied by proposed supplier to other units. The certificate should be from FI/Banks in case it is financed by them. f) Undertaking of plant suppliers as per prescribed Performa 22. Comparative cost statement of the quotations and reason for selection of proposed supplier. 23 Machine wise power requirements chart. 24. Process flow chart describing process of manufacturing in details. 25. Sources of availability of raw material. 26. Quotation of Raw material/ Finished product 27. A note on scope & marketing of the product particularly emphasizing demand and supply position in the market. 28. Marketing arrangement proposed to be made for the product. 29. Power assurance letter from state electricity board (other than RIICO) 30. NOC from Rajasthan state preventation & control of air/ water pollution board. 31. Implementation schedule of the project. 32. SSI/Renewed certificate/SIA certificate for medium scale units. 33. Project report
