Mode of Payments
1) Rs.5100/- non refundable advance for preparation of project report and
completing the loan file
2) Remaining according to progress of work as per MOU
Charges for Valuations:
0.125% of value of Assets subject to minimum Rs 2000/- and maximum Rs 50000/-
Mode of Payments
1) 50% in advance before start of work
2) 50% at the time of submission of valuation reports
Charges for Project Management(Real estate):
1) Preparation of working drawing, submission drawing, services drawing,
structure design with minor rectification at the time of approval of drawing
from competent authority if any Rs 15 to 20 per sq. ft. depending on covered
area
2) Project management & supervision (occasionally) 4% of Project cost
3) Project management & supervision with In house (Full time) 8 to 10% of
Project cost
4) Project management & supervision with out house (Full time) 10 to 12% of
Project cost
Note: Rate mentioned at sr.no 2 to 4 are inclusive of rate of sr. no 1
Mode of Payment
1) 10% advance at the time of start of work
2) 25% at the time of submission of drawing to competent authority for approval
3) Remaining according to progress of work
Charges for turn key Industrial projects
10 to 15 % of project cost
Mode of Payment
1) 10% advance at the time of start of work
2) 25% at the time of submission of feasibility report
3) Remaining according to progress of work
General note: All above rates are negotiable depending upon quantum of work of a
single group & exclusive of service tax
Memorandum of understanding (MOU)
This MOU is made on dated………….. between K S Saini Managing Director of Beta Tech
Consultancy and marketing Pvt. Ltd. having registered office at LL-40 Amber
Tower S C road Jaipur-302001 of one part (herein after called as consultant)
And
Shri …………………….s/o…………………aged………. Proprietor/partner/director of
M/s……………………………………………...Having office at ………………………….
And works at…………………………………………………………………..
As second part (herein after called as clients). Now the present parties here to
agree as follows
1) Consultant shall intimated the necessary documents to the client as per
Annexure ‘B’ after confirm order to process the case further and it is the
responsibility of the client to arrange the all necessary documents related to
him & other Govt. deptt. to the consultant for completing the loan file. In case
of failure of submission of necessary documents and delay in submission of
documents, The consultant shall not be responsible for any type of financial
losses to the client
2) Consultant shall be responsible to provide all sorts of guidance to queries
raised by the client only.
3) That for availing the consultancy services the client has agreed to pay the
consultancy charges@......% of sanctioned loan amount or minimum of Rs. Lac
whichever is on higher side. plus service tax as applicable if any.
4) The mode of payment shall be as per following schedule
Rs.5100/- non refundable advance for preparation of project report and
completing the loan file
20% of total consultancy charges on the next day after clearance of case in IPC/PCC
meeting
20% of total consultancy charges on the next day after getting sanction letter
of loan
20% of total consultancy charges on next day after legal documentation
Balance of total consultancy charges on next day after first disbursement of
loan
Note :- In case of failure of payment as per above mentioned schedule, the
consultant shall not be responsible to continue its services to the clients and
the amount paid till that date shall be forfeited.
5) The client is to bear the charges of application form, application fee,
processing fee, franking charges, & all other legal expenses of FI’s from own
sources
6) The client shall disclose each and every fact about the promoters and their
sister/family concerns. and while process of loan application by FI’s if any
negative facts are noted which affect the sanctioned /disbursement of loan and
In case the loan is not sanctioned/disbursed due any misleading facts from
client side, then entire amount paid by the client till that date shall be
forfeited . 7) The client shall authorize the consultant through power of
attorney to represent the case to FI’s if needed.
